ANTHEM aims to fill the gap in healthcare for fragile and chronic patients within specific territories characterized by diseases that are orphan of therapies, using innovative multidisciplinary technologies and pathways.

Smart monitoring

Development of new sensors and technologies (or improvement of existing ones) to monitor patients and fragile subjects, ensuring continuous and real-time data collection and their integration with environmental monitoring systems, in order to reduce the pressure on hospital centres and the geographical gap

Prevention and diagnosis

Development of new technologies and methodologies of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capable of improving diagnostics, of making innovations scalable and therefore exportable in every area of the country, in order to increase the ability to prevent a whole range of pathologies, identifying early signs of health conditions worsening.

Personalised treatment

Improvement and increase of personalized medicine paths, calibrated on the characteristics of the patient (socio-economic status, autonomy, family support) and the territory of residence, including the development of advanced treatments for orphan diseases, such as certain cancers that once diagnosed still give a short life expectancy, or chronic pathological condition.

Technological improvement and transferability

Transferability of the technological improvements achieved, for example by ensuring data protection and their interoperability with new or existing technology platforms.
