Under the theme Human Centered Medicine: the Role of Technology for Healthcare, leadership from AAHCI member institutions and prospective AAHCI members will gather to share best practices and explore how to best prepare for novel technological challenges. Leaders from the region and across the globe will explore opportunities to enhance capabilities in research, innovation, clinical care, and health professions education in connection with novel technologies.
Session topics include:
• Innovating medical education and healthcare system management
• Novel technologies and big data analysis 
• Ethical and data governance concerns affecting both patients and technologies 
• Early diagnosis and prevention through AI and predictive modeling.
